2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the XPND AI service
• Generate AI-powered coaching, emails and deal analysis personalised to your profile
• Process your subscription and send billing communications
• Send service updates and, with your consent, product news
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. AI Processing

XPND AI uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate coaching, emails and deal analysis. Data you enter into the app (prospect notes, deal context, questions and answers) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Storage

Your account and deal data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Data is stored in the European Union. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
